Catatan "Summary The epidemiology of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) has undergone remarkable changes over the past several years. Following the unprecedented disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and associated public health measures, RSV circulation patterns have shifted globally, with many countries reporting altered seasonality, off-season outbreaks, changes in age distribution, and increased disease burden among populations not traditionally considered at the highest risk. These developments have challenged long-standing assumptions regarding RSV transmission dynamics and highlighted the need for continuous epidemiological surveillance. At the same time, the prevention landscape has entered a new era. The introduction of long-acting monoclonal antibodies and the availability of RSV vaccines for older adults and maternal immunization programs are expected to influence viral circulation, population immunity, hospitalization rates, and disease severity. Understanding the real-world impact of these inter

Understanding the real-world impact of these interventions will be critical for guiding future public health strategies and optimizing protection for vulnerable populations."
