            needed as the center of user interactions in various purposes, especially to
            exchange knowledge, create ideas and solve problems. Librarians presence
            is still needed to guide and direct the interactions and help to find accurate
            and  relevance  information  for  those  interactions.  With  the  guidance  of
            librarians, interactions can be directed towards achieving goals. For this
            purpose, the library must be able to provide space for free and comfortable
            interactions, while librarians must have the expertise and broad insight so
            that they are able to keep up with developments and understand social
            problems in the community of users.
