himself. Interaction is also needed because individuals must learn from
others who are more capable, more experienced, and smarter, which
can only be done through interaction, both formal interactions in school
and informally in a course or training. It is also known that learning is
not just gathering information from the Internet or other places, nor is it
merely a routine formal activity in school, but a long-term relationship,
because long-standing interests are needed to master complex skills and
knowledge. Efforts to master an ability will give good results if you get
attention and even praise from others. Then, through interaction individuals
can also share moral and cultural or concepts of life, about individual
values, identities and relationships with other human being. By sharing
that, individuals will be able to master cognitive skills and have strategies
to deal with individual problems very well (Hinde, Perret-Clermont, &
Stevenson Hinde, 1985; Hundeide, 2001; Clermont, 2004; Dishion, TJ, &
Patterson, GR, 2015; Lu, TJ, & Tang, N. (2015) Individuals who are often
not involved in social group interactions tend to choose extreme groups,
sects, or act violently and commit violence (Coulon, 2004; Andreassen,
CS, Pallesen, S., & Griffiths, MD, 2017; Schwartz, R., & Halegoua, GR,
2015; Carter, I., 2017; Dhall, A., Goecke, R., Ghosh, S., Joshi, J., Hoey, J.
, & Gedeon, T., 2017;) This means that by always interacting socially, an
individual feels an acknowledgment in him, so he does not need to look for
extreme ways to get attention.
A library user will be very easy to learn if he is in the surrounding
environment where there are also other people, both alone and in groups
who are also doing the same learning activities, because the presence of
others will stimulate them to be more enthusiastic about learning for two
reasons, namely stimulation in the form of challenges and stimuli in the
form of persuasion to act similarly. (Akers, RL, & Jennings, WG, 2015;
Gallotti, M., Fairhurst, MT, & Frith, CD, 2017; Hartup, WW, 2017; Hvide,
HK, & Ostberg, P., 2015; Scheff, TJ, 2017; Dishion, TJ, & Patterson, GR,
2015; Schmälzle, R., O>Donnell, MB, Garcia, JO, Cascio, CN, Bayer, J.,
Bassett, DS, ... & Falk, EB, 2017 ; Gallotti, M., Fairhurst, MT, & Frith,

Library as a Public Room
In general, public libraries are treated as community-owned facilities,
even as a community university because public libraries provide access
to every community member who is interested in becoming a member
of the library to have new skill or knowledge. Public libraries are also
defined as libraries established by local, provincial or central government
